As the COVID-19 Pandemic in Canada continues to develop and evolve, CAA is closely monitoring and will take proactive measures to ensure the health and safety of our Members and Drivers. Members will be asked if they, or anyone in their household, are showing any symptoms of cold or flu so that we can best support your needs while aiming to keep everyone safe. Members seeking towing service will be required to arrange for alternative transportation, from the breakdown location, while our Drivers service their vehicles, as we will no longer be able to transport Members in the tow truck. Members seeking other Roadside Services such as battery boosts will also be asked to support us in minimizing contact between themselves and our CAA support team. We ask for our Members' patience, consideration and cooperation as CAA implements strategies to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
